Jeff is from Shreveport, Louisiana where he attended C.E. Byrd High School and excelled in his junior golf career, becoming a two-time high school state champion and individual state runner up. His senior year he accepted a scholarship to play golf at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where he graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Management in May 2019. Jeff worked as the Tournament Director and Director of Development for the Front 9 Tour Junior Golf Tour in North Louisiana. This is where he realized that his passion was working in the Golf Business. He then started his professional career at Calvert Crossing Golf Club in Calhoun, Louisiana as an Assistant Golf Professional. Jeff and his wife Natalie, and their two dogs, then moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in August 2020 so that he may further his professional career and eventually retain his class A PGA membership. Jeff worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Stones River Country Club and The Grove Club; he managed daily golf operations, tournament preparations, and the outside service team. Jeff was also responsible for implementing a player development program at Stones River Country Club. This included weekly junior clinics and a summer PGA Junior league. Jeff is a competitive golfer and enjoys competing in local PGA section events and Pro-AM’s. You will likely find him sharpening up his skills on the driving range or short game area weekly. He is also very passionate about teaching and works with students of all skill levels.
